Once the offer is signed, you’ll pay for the project using a simple and secure online payment link. From there, your Creative Director will book an input session with you to get your project underway. From our first call to the final results, we can deliver your creative solution in as little as 15-30 working days, depending on the complexity of your task and the stakeholders that shall be involved in the decision-making process.

Buildesk Studio projects are only visible to the participating designers and the Buildesk Studio team. The designers have to sign an Terms of Service before getting access to the briefing and the working materials.

Our packaged costs include the design, platform fee, and management of your project. Should you have more extensive needs, you can easily book additional hours of Creative Direction or Project Management per hour. If you want the copyrights for more than one design – no problem!

Our team of curation experts can pick the right talent, based on style, skill, and interest for each and every project. With many designers having more than 10 years of experience on Buildesk and having participated in many contests and projects, we can provide the right expertise every time.

We ask our clients to pay online using our standard payment methods. However, in some cases, we can arrange for an invoice you can pay via bank transfer. If you need a more detailed invoice for your company or to change the invoice later when you register your company name, no problem, we’ll make this happen. We always work closely with our clients to ensure we nail their brief and deliver a high-quality outcome. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll “make it right”. In the unlikely occasion that an agreed offer or project is canceled, all expenses incurred up to this point will be invoiced.
